I've never in my life heard of a Blind Used Car Salesman. That was one of the professions that Tanner Gers (pronounced Geeeeers) found himself after waking from a coma with a literal hole in his face.

Tanner makes this powerful statement as he began rebuilding his life, "I am not an anomaly,..I am not a unicorn."

Depression and anxiety are growing around the world among our teens and early twenties in part because they feel so out of place, or are at least perceived to be so out of place. Tanner gives us all an appropriate shot of truth and what it is genuinely like to "look" different, and how he has grown through the difference.

This is a powerful story of accountability, reality, challenge, and sheer grit!

So much of our modern product and service is becoming commoditized forcing Small Business Owners to create an experience that no machine can substitute.

The Minor League Baseball business is cut-throat. Most do not make it.

Enter Jesse Cole. Outfitted in a killer Yellow Tuxedo and tophat, a smile, and an enthusiasm that rarely runs out of gas, Jesse is a Promoter extraordinaire in the likes of great Boxing and Nascar promoters realizing that it is all about the fan experience.

Fan First Entertainment is a novel approach at business in a cut-throat, and low margin industry. Jesse not only promotes fans first, he also promote community gathering, mobilizing Millennials through conversation and engagement, and SIMPLICITY in an age of constant speed.

Be careful, if you are not smiling and learning, then you are about to!!!

History was made in the United States Presidential Campaign when the Trump campaign outperformed the Clinton campaign in winning the electoral college to ultimately upset the favorite.

Pundits are awash with perspective and special insight into what happened.

Why not offer a perspective that I have not heard yet?

The Mission Statement is an overlooked, undervalued tool in the bag of any small business owner and/or leader. In the Presidential Election, one side had a clear statement of purpose while the other side was a bit more fragmented.

Listen in to hear the reality of why we should Make The Mission Statement Great Again!

Small Business Owners usually began their business journey with intentions of freedom, exhilaration, ideas, and the best intentions.

A few months or years into the adventure reality begins to knock on the front door and introduce itself dressed up as accounts payables, marketing, customer feedback and service.

The Small Business Owner begins to think, "I started a business and feel like all I have now is a crummy job!"

The flow of markets, people, transactions, products, services, sales, and marketing may have predictable trends from a Macro (wide-angle) perspective, but from the stage small business is unpredictable and can feel chaotic.

The shots of chaos can mount up and lead to consistent drum beat of what I classify as "situational depression". It is not a clinical diagnosis necessarily but instead a line of voices in your head telling you that the end of times for your small business is just days/weeks/months away.

How do we as Small Business Owners work through it? I walk you through an inside perspective and truth that you can use to remind yourself of the reality of life that gives hope through the voices and the situations that seem so deflating.

I hope you will listen and implement!

He found that the tax code of the United States was too overwhelming for the common person to both read and understand. Believers have a responsibility to honor their commitment to National leadership, and taxes certainly are a representations of that.

You may have watched a recent political debate and thought, "what a show!"

All you need to do is drop by a cafe, a barber shop, or a collection of people and you are likely to hear some discussion around the election.

When things are so abstract and the candidates seem to have no interest but themselves in mind, we need a roadmap on how to vote in this election.

Here is a simple map you can use to make a serious political decision.
